Choice of the way to apply

Application filed on line. This method of applying has several advantages.
  • You will be guided through the filling out of your application.
  • You are assured of the reliability of the contents of your application file.
  • You can attach all documents that are contained in a computer file of suitable format.
  • You have no paper application to file.
  • You may submit by mail any additional documents that cannot be sent electronically.
 
 


Paper application : if you are unable to make an online application, you can request a paper application form by postal mail. You will then need to send a written request exclusively at the following address, with a self-addressed pre-paid envelope (current price A4 format) :
